Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Imran Farabi, I am committed to providing high quality services that help Shopify and eCommerce merchants scale profitably. Every project involves time, expertise, and resources, so this refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and to protect both sides.

1. General Policy
  • All payments made for services are considered final unless stated otherwise in this policy.

  • Due to the customized and digital nature of my services (CRO audits, Ads setup, Email marketing, Shopify optimization, and consultations), refunds are generally not available once work has started.

  • By purchasing any service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  1. Before Work Begins

    • If you cancel your order before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

  2. Service Non Delivery

    • If I am unable to deliver the agreed service due to my own limitations or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full or partial refund for the undelivered portion.

  3. Billing Errors

    • If a duplicate charge or billing error occurs, the incorrect amount will be refunded immediately once verified.

3. Non Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once project work has started (research, planning, setup, or execution).

  • Dissatisfaction with results, such as revenue growth or ad performance. (While I apply proven strategies, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on factors outside my control like product market fit, competition, and client implementation.)

  • Change of mind after service delivery.

  • Missed consultation calls without 24 hours’ notice.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Consultations / Strategy Calls

    • May be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Missed or last-minute cancellations are non refundable.

  • Ongoing Projects

    • You may cancel an ongoing project at any time by written request.

    • No refunds will be issued for work already completed.

    • Any prepaid amounts for unfinished phases may be partially refunded at my discretion, depending on the level of completion.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please contact me directly at imran@imranfarabi.com. I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the concern, which may include:

  • Revising work within the original scope.

  • Offering credit toward future services.

  • Providing additional consultation time.

6. Processing Refunds
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

  • You will receive written confirmation once processed.

7. Policy Updates

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this website.
