This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and project terminations are handled
for all services purchased through this website. Because we provide digital, strategic, and time-based
professional services, clarity is essential to protect both parties and ensure smooth collaboration.
1. General Overview
Our work involves customized strategies, hands-on implementation, and expert guidance tailored to each
merchant’s business. As a result, most services begin incurring time and resources immediately after
onboarding.
For transparency:
- We do not offer refunds on completed work or hours already invested.
- We process cancellations on a case-by-case basis based on work progress.
- We follow clear milestone approvals, so you always know what you’re paying for.
2. No-Refund Services
Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, the following are strictly non-refundable once started:

- Performance Optimization Work
2.3 Digital Assets
Once delivered, digital assets cannot be refunded, including:
- Custom sections
- Templates
- Flows
- Ad creatives
- UX wireframes
- Data sheets or reports
3. Refund Eligibility (Very Limited Cases)
A refund may only be offered if all conditions below are met:
- Work has not started.
- No strategy session, kickoff call, or onboarding has taken place.
- No digital assets, audits, or concepts have been delivered.
- No team resources have been allocated to your project.
- You request cancellation within 24 hours of payment.
If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days minus payment processor fees.
4. Project Pause & Cancellations
We understand that merchants may face unexpected delays. You may request a project pause:
- Up to 14 days — no penalty
- 15–30 days — a restart fee may apply
- After 30 days — the project is considered abandoned
4.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation (After Work Has Started)
If you wish to cancel after the work has begun:
- Payment for completed work is non-refundable
- Remaining work will not be billed
- All delivered work remains your property
- Drafts, prototypes, internal files remain the service provider’s property unless transferred with an
agreement
4.2 Service Provider-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any project in cases of:
- Non-cooperation or communication gaps (7+ days)
- Failure to provide required access/logins
- Unclear or constantly changing scope
- Abuse, disrespect, or inappropriate behavior
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity
In such cases, completed work is retained by the client but no refunds are provided.
5. Scope Change & “Out-of-Scope” Requests
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction caused by:
- Client changing the brief mid-project
- Misalignment in taste without providing references
- Delays caused by missing assets or revisions
- External factors (Shopify theme limitations, API issues, platform bugs)
If the scope changes after the project begins, additional fees will be quoted and invoiced.
6. Revisions Policy
Each service package includes a specific number of revisions.
Revisions cannot be used as a reason for requesting a refund.
- A revision is not a redesign.
- A redesign will be quoted as new work.
7. Payment Disputes or Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.
In such cases we may:
- Submit all evidence of delivered work
- Report misuse or fraud to payment platforms
- Terminate all ongoing and future services
- Block access to delivered digital assets until resolved
8. Subscription or Retainer Services
For monthly agreements such as:
- Email management
- Ongoing CRO
- Ongoing Ads Management
- Weekly optimization
- Monthly reporting
All payments are final once the month has started.
Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle only.
